[Soekris] IRQ storms in _SOME_ 4501 boxes

hello,

we have many soekris net4501 boxes, one cf card with freebsd 6, one
atheros wifi card

in some boxes, shortly after inicialization of wifi interface, system
writes "Interrupt storm detected on "irq10:"; throttling interrupt
source" and interface is unusable since then

in other boxes (same type, same cf card, same wifi card ) everything is OK

we have found out, that problem is in boxes with initial bios version
1.24, boxes with initial bios version 1.27 work without problems, but
reflashing bios from 1.24 to 1.27 didn't help, neither 1.29 nor 1.30

does anybody know what to do?
