[Soekris] net4801 not booting

Hi There,

I hav e anet4801, with a 2.5" drive connected, the problem is, it 
doesn't look like it is booting.

When ever the disk is connected, the red LED is turned all at all time, 
depending on the jumper settings on the drive, the disk led is on for 
2-20 seconds.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to get a signal through the serial 
port, so do you guys have any suggestion sto solve the problem above.
