[Soekris] soekris failure

Hello,

I have strange behaviour with one of my soekris net4801 units (and it's of
course my home gateway and wlan access-point :).
Couple of days ago, the unit just stopped working without a warning.
It locked up and gave no output to serial console for a while,
then it booted by itself. After memory check it started outputting
repeatedly "POST: 0123456789bcefghip".

by this time I upgraded the combios to 1.30, which seemed to
solve the problem. Few minuted after OS (linux) had started, it booted
again, showing again the magical "POST: 0123456789bcefghip"

I have tried with different power supply, with different flash card and
without wlan-card. Any ideas what causes this?
