[Soekris] 4801 + Sangoma 101u

A used a Soekris 4801-50 with Asterisk very succesfully for quite some time.
I did  not use any internal FXO devices (or T1 cards) though I have heard
from other that it works quite well with those. My installation was for a
home office with 5 extensions. Some of those were hardware SIP phones some
were POTS phones connected via sipura ATA devices. The only reason I stopped
using the Soekris was that I wanted to dedicate it to firewall tasks. I
moved my Asterisk install to a Via Epia platform (which also works very well
with Asterisk). I did not use AstLinux, I have always rolled my own Asterisk
installs.


One word of warning, Generix Wildcard sinlge FXO devices tend not to work
because they use the wrong PCI bus voltage, the real apparently work well
though. I have heard that the TDM400p does work well as long as you use FXO
ports only. I do not believe that a TDM400p will fit into a standard Soekris
case though so you might want to check the diminsions before you purchase.
