You unscrew the for screws which hold the soekris to the bottom
of the box and screw in the standoff screws instead.

Screw the harddisk to the thin metal bracket using the bottom
holes on the harddisk.

Screw the thin metal bracket to the four standoffs.  It may
be easier to attach the flat-cable first.
