[Soekris] PXE Boot 4526 with win2k pro

I'm attempting to PXE boot a net4526 following instructions from;
http://pyramid.metrix.net/trac/wiki/InstallingPyramid/PxeBootWin

The issue I'm having is tftpd and the net4526 error out before pxelinux.0
transfers over.  Has anyone else experienced this?
