[Soekris] PoE issue and fix described

Hi,
	I've put together a web page detailing the PoE incompatibility issue  
that we encountered with the 4826's.  Presumably this information  
applies to other Soekris products, however I only have experience  
with the 4826's.  You can find the page at http://sysnet.ucsd.edu/

our particular "fix."
