[Soekris] lan1641 locks up with 2.6.17.8 kernel

Hello,

I'm using the lan1641 card in several network
appliances running Linux, and it works very well.  I
recently upgraded to 2.6.17.8 kernels, and
since then I've had issues with the interfaces locking
up under heavy load.

If I bring down the interface and bring it back up, or
statically set the duplex settings with mii-tool, it
works fine for a while, then starts locking up again.

What's interesting is that I used the card
successfuly while running the 2.6.11.6 kernel.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and/or aware of
a fix?  Soekris, perhaps you could forward the info to
an engineer at NatSemi.
