NPtcp (from NetPIPE) maxes out at around 33Mbps between 4801 and a fast
sender, interestingly some similar geode-based system from another vendor
benchmarked around 42Mbps (as did thecus n2100 running OpenBSD/armish,
but with a lot more cpu to spare).

These were connected by a switch used lightly for other things during
testing so the accuracy could be improved a little but I don't think it
will make a huge difference. OS in all cases was a recent OpenBSD
snapshot.

I'm not sure it will make much difference for 'normal' internet sized
packets (maybe for heavy voip traffic, though).
