The Soekris box is sold as hardware-only by the folks at http://
www.soekris.com. The supported (but not pre-installed) operating
systems include Linux, FreeBSD, NetBSD and OpenBSD (among others).
These boxes are typically purchased by hobbyists, SOHO users, SMB
businesses, and consultants. The systems are then supplied with the
aforementioned operating software and configured appropriately for
their intended use; this can be anything from a standard NAT router,
to a WiFi hotspot access point, to a VPN endpoint (and beyond).

There is no way for anyone on this list to know what is installed on
your 4511, short of having the hardware in our physical presence.
