[Soekris] VPN Setup 4511

Ok, so I am new to VPN and have very limited knowledge on it and I looking
for some help.  I have a new IT job where a client has a VPN setup at home.
The corp runs windows server 2003 and he has a Soerkris 4511 box, a 3COM IP
phone and his machine is running the SafeNet Softremote application.  The
box is missing it's wireless antennas and all it has is a WAN and LAN and
Console port.  It worked fine for a long time and then recently quit working
(may be because of a power failure).  I am assuming the server side is setup
correctly because another client is using the same setup just fine.

I have a couple questions.  Does the soerkris 4511 have a web interface?
What is the default user name and password for that?  With this setup how
can you tell what type of VPN he is using?  Any good websites for help with
setting up VPN's or troubleshooting them based on a Soerkris 4511 box?  Once
I get the VPN working correctly with the file server should the ip phone
start working or is there something extra I need to do?  Does the ip phone
just plug into the LAN and find the connection it needs through a working
VPN ?
