I have 4501 card but had exactly the same problem. The reason was the
CF card I was using. I had to switch to Sandisk card to get the warm
boot working. It seems that some CF cards (cheap ones?) have problems
with disk geometry detection at the reboot. If BIOS has problems
detecting the card, it then uses the next available device in the
BootDrive list, which is F0 (PXE boot).
Try some different brand of card to eliminate this possibility.
