[Soekris] 4511 Linux init 6 wants to reboot using PXE

I loaded my new 4511 with debian.
If unplug and hard restart, everything works fine and it boots in Linux from
the CF card.
If from linux I restart using init 6 (soft shutdown and reboot), it tries to
do a PXE TFTP boot.
Is there a setting in the BIOS I should change to adjust this?
show

PCIROMS = Enabled
PXEBoot = Enabled

BootDrive = 80 81 F0 FF
ShowPCI = Enabled

Thanks
