[Soekris] New 4511 won't pxe boot

Well, it finally came up, but it took a really long time.
I'd still like to know why if anyone has a clue.

Hi all,
I bought a new 4511 and it doesn't PXE boot like the old one.

When I boot f0, dhcp responds and tftp starts, but it doesn't respond like
my other one.  I get one character in the top left corner of my terminal
screen that slowly changes.  After several minutes it is still not booted.

I am able to boot the other one via the PXE setup by simply changing the MAC
address in my /etc/dhcpd.conf

Is there something different I need to do on a newer 4511?
comBIOS ver 1.28 on the new one.
