I don't think you should specify both ip= and nfsaddrs=. Maybe that why
it shuts down eth0?

try it with "ip=192.168.0.105:192.168.0.26:192.168.0.1:255.255.255.0" or
"ip=192.168.0.105:192.168.0.26:192.168.0.1:255.255.255.0:soekris:eth0"
