[Soekris] High failure rate on soekris PoE

Mike,

We're seeing some power problems using the AULT PoEs (the ones that Soekris
sell) with various Engenius APs. We suspect the PoEs but can't be sure yet.

The problems we've seen are not on the ethernet side, but rather with PoEs
"going bad" and starting to fry the APs.
