[Soekris] net4801 loads slowly pxelinux.0

Hi all,

I'm trying to boot net4801 from the net.

When pxelinux.0 is uploaded to the net4801 it takes a long time before it loads on net4801 and before starting looking for the config file on the TFTP server.

Through the serial console I see the output of the bootloader changing very slowly every single char where you see "#" in the snapshot below:


"#" slowly changes giving the output of PXE boot loader

How can I speed up this procedure? 
This is not a Network problem but seems to be a console latency.
What's wrong ? I have tried several pxelinux.0 but all have the same issue.
