[Soekris] PCI Video Solutions?

Hello.

I'm thinking about using a Soekris board for an embedded solution that will
need video out (more than simple text display).  I know there are some cheap
PCI-based video cards out there.  Anybody got one to run with a Soekris
board?

I don't mean to be disrespectful of Soekris by asking here, but if there is
no Soekris-based solution, can anybody recommend an alternative single board
computer that provides on-board video?  I have very modest compute
horsepower requirements - I'm just doing low-rate data acquisition from a
couple of devices.  2 Ethernet interfaces and 2 serial ports would be nice.
A weather-proof case will also be needed.
