I would definately consider the power draw of this card
before proceding.  Depending on which AC Adapter you have on your
4801, it may not be enough for this card and your NET4801.

According to it's technical specification, during transmit it is
rated at <=1.0 amp and <=400 mAmp during recieve.  Make sure you
don't have the little 1.0 amp adapter that is the usual companion
to the NET4801...best make sure you have the 1.5 amp AC adapter
or larger.
