My net4801 has a WDC WD400VE-disk[1] and a Atheros 5354MP ARIES 200mW
Mini PCI card (also known as kit_5354_5) with the default casing and no
cooling.

It's current CPU temperature with about 20% load is 69 degrees celcius
and the idle disk is 42 degrees celcius.
