If you're just supplying 'console=ttyS0' as an argument (or maybe not
even that, since Linux probably will recognize that there's no VGA
adapter), the kernel will select 9600bps as its output speed by default.
You need to either (a) reconfigure comBIOS to use 9600bps, or (b)
specify 'console=ttyS0,19200' on the Linux kernel command line.
