According to this URL (disclaimer: I don't know anything about the
supplier whose website this is)

Sangoma now do the S518 as a low profile card, although it's not really
clear to me whether it's 3.3v or 5v:
"PCI 2.2 bus interface, 64 bit (3.3v) and 32 bit (5v) compliant."
"Power: 520Ma at 5v."
Yet it's keyed for mounting both ways round in the PCI slot..

If it's 3.3v, then it should work with the net4[58]01 and fit in the
standard Soekris case :D
