Well, I moved the hyper-active 2.4-based disk to yet another 4801, and wadda ya
know - it keeps perfect time!

Out of a lot of maybe a dozen boxes, we appear to only have a couple with
working RTCs - the rest run fast.  I haven't narrowed it down further - some of
them run the 1.26 comBIOS, others are up to 1.28.  So it may yet be a a BIOS bug
- I'll have to do more analysis.  Apart from that, it might be a set of bad
components on the board.  Maybe some counterfeit components slipped into the
pipeline somewhere - who knows?

At least I've got a working one now...
