[Soekris] Getting 5V out of the 4521 and second serial port access

Hey all,

Sorry if this type of question has been asked, but I couldn't find an
easy way of searching the tech-Soekris archives (I did read about 300
articles though :)

The project that I'm working on involves hooking up a GPS to at 4521
that will be inclosed into a small space, so I'm trying to minimize
the number of components that I'm using.

The GPS is a Garmin 18 LVC that needs 5VDC @ 60ma., and only needs to
connect the Tx/Rx/Gnd wires for serial RS-232.

I have 12VDC going into the 4521.

My questions are:

With 12VDC going into the 4521, is there anywhere on the board that I
can 'safely' draw 5V at 60ma ?

My second question, is there anyway to access teh 2nd serial port on 4521?
