[Soekris] Possibly dying net4801?

Ryan,
I had a similar problem with my 4801. Now to say this is your problem!
My harddrive was powering down. Since I use swap space on the disk, the
system just went catatonic. Had to power cycle it to fix it temporally.
Replaced the hard drive and rebuilt the system to FC5 and all is well now.
Do you have serial console support when it fails?
