[Soekris] lan1641 - Suitable for generic PCs?

Hulloo list,
I'm looking at creating some routers using mini-ITX boards and some 1U
low-depth rack cases. I would use Soekris boards, but with BGP and other
things, I need a bit more clout than even the 4801-60 can provide. Shame
the net5501/net7501 aren't out yet. Anyway, I digress. My question is this:
If I buy a few lan1641s, do they come with PCI back plates? They seem to
be just what I want for a mini-ITX based router, but in a standard
rack-mount case I need the plate, or the card will just be held in by
the PCI socket.
Any and all wisdom gratefully received :-)
