[Soekris] 4826 and Power over Ethernet

Has anyone had problems getting a 4826 to power up when connecting to a
PoE capable switch?  I have seen on one site that Soekris do not
properly implement the standard.  I have a Cisco AP that is working
correctly using PoE and when I plug the 4826, it will not turn on.
However, if I connect a D-Link-P50 inline, it works fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
