A word of warning -- we have an early WebReboot, and if hangs 
regularly (I suspect its TCP stack is vulnerable to some DOS attack). 
The one we have is basically useless, as it would require a remote 
reboot facility to keep it up and running :-)

In addition, it does not work with the JVM that it's advertised to work with.

Servprise shipped us a replacement which allegedly contains a 
hardware watchdog that's meant to reset it if it hangs. However, we'd 
already lost confidence in them. This was compounded by Servprise's 
absolute refusal to give us a refund, even though the original is 
basically useless and doesn't work with the advertised JVM.

I can understand a new product having some teething problems, but I 
thought their refusal to take the unit back and refund us was 
disgraceful.
