[Soekris] net4521 Power Question

For a net4521:
I need to first test an assumption:
The net4521 has a built in power regulator? So I can just drive it
directly off my truck's 12v power?
If so I'm wondering if anyone can advise as to which (if any) pins on
JP3 (the 14 pins near the power regulator) or JP9 (the 6 pins near the
power regulator) that would allow me to tap 5V ± of regulated power for
powering a small GPS module&antenna circuit:
GPS module:
Operating Voltage 5 ± 0.25 Vdc, 50 mVp-p (max) **180 mA (continuous on)
Antenna:
DC Voltage 2.7V/3.0V/3.3V/5.0V/3.0V to 5.0V/other Current 5mA
/11mA/15mA Max
Is there enough "spare" power on these pins to recommend doing it this
way, or should I use an external power supply (which would be a pain).
THANKS!
