You could use the PCI slot of the soekris for an ADSL card and then use 
something like sipura spa-2000 or 3000's (www.sipura.com) to convert 
either analog phones or analog pots lines to SIP devices, this allows 
you to connect those phones or lines to asterisk or broadband voip 
providers.
