[Soekris] New version of env4801 voltage/temperature program.

I have updated the env4801 program which reads the voltage and
temperatures on the NET4801 according to information received
from Søren:

I checked the measurements on my "home-monitoring" machine and the
values are within 5% (10% for the -12V) and can be calibrated to
around 2% if you want to go to the trouble.
