Yep, this is easy to do with any Prism based card.

* Obtain Card PDA
 prism2_srec -D wlan0 > pda
* Backup the current PDA
 cp pda pda.bak
* Edit the PDA 
To enable 14 Channels you need to find the channel list entry in the pda
file and change it. The channel list is usually stored under the address
0x0104. Valid channel list values are

Domain		Value		Channels
FCC		0x07ff		1-11
ETSI		0x1fff		1-13??
Canada		0x1fff		1-13??
Japan		0x1fff		1-13??
14ch		0x3fff		1-14
*Write the PDA and reflash the card with volatile firmware
 prism2_srec -r wlan0 ak010101.hex rf010800.hex -P pda
* Verify card is working and can use all 14 channels, at this point if you reset or power down the card your changes will be lost.
* Reflash card permanently
 prism2_srec -f wlan0 pk010101.hex sf010800.hex -P pda

If you really balls something up you can always reflash the card with
the backup PDA that you made in step 2.
