[Soekris] Net 4501 Boot problems

Hi!

I bought a net4501 some months ago and have been running m0n0wall just
fine on is. Last week it suddently died, and i could not get a
response from it. When i boot it with a nullmodem-cable i see this
message:

"POST: 0123456789bcefghipajklnoq,"

Then the whole thing stops. I have tried different power-supplies, and
just now i even tried upgrading to Bios 1.26a, but still no go.

Any ideas?
