[Soekris] HELP: IDE issue with Net4801

Good morning all,
I have a Net4801. I am seeing very strange things happen. I have a 20Gig
HD in Net4801. Have 5 machines in production for one week and 2 have now
shown a problem that any time a run a command it gives me an error

bash: <the_command_I_am_running>: input/output error

The file systems have remounted RO. I thought it was a bad drive before but
this has happened twice in 3 days - dmesg shows:

End_request: I/O error, dev had, sector 20744 # the 20744 seems to be
random increasing, but not in order

I also, see in dmesg:

Buffer I/O error on device hda1, logical block 1047
Lost page write due to I/O error on hda1

And at the top of dmesg I have:

EXT3-fs error (device hda1) in start_transaction: Journal has aborted

Any clues? This has become a real problem. I am using Pebble v41. Anyone
know of a BIOS issue or a driver issue?

Thanks,
Jason
