[Soekris] vpn1411 + net4511 + openbsd -current == no worky

Hi there,

I've had a net4511 for quite a while now.  Recently I got a vpn1411 to
beef things up a bit. I was suprised that, although it was recognized
by openbsd -current, it didn't work. I re-browsed the soekris tech
lists and the openbsd lists. I found an email somewhere with Soren
stating that this was a flaw with the net45xx boards and how they do
their PCI signaling. A fix was available and that involved him sending
us a part and we solder it on. So, has anyone attempted this, and if
so, does the fix work and is it reasonably easy? If not, are there
workarounds?

For what its worth, this is the relevant dmesg line from OpenBSD
-current as of August 27:

hifn0 at pci0 dev 16 function 0 "Hifn 7955/7954" rev 0x00: can't find
mem space 1

TIA,

-jon
