Any good boat or camping stoore (the latter is cheaper) which has simple
photo voltagic boards. Bit overkill - but it works. A good alert system
vendor in an agricultural area can sell you something similar for the
larger alarm systems - but those are expensive (generally meant for water
pumps, sumps/sewage pumps and gas fan's).

Of course you can always buy the cheapest of UPS-es.
