[Soekris] pxeboot without serial port access

Is there a way to invoke pxeboot on a Soekris 4526 without using the 
serial console for access?

I'm sure a hacker [has done | could probably do] it, but I was just 
wondering whether any of the rest of us had such a piece of code.

It would really be useful when evaluating various operating systems and 
even more useful if your Soekris has been r00ted and is atop an 
expensive to climb tower.
