There is no cut out hole for the CF card. You must open the case,
insert the card, and close the case. To change it out, you must open
the case again. I agree that would be nice in some circumstances,
however it would also provide a means for dust and other junk to get
into the system. Also, on all Soekris boards, the CF card is held in
place by a screw to keep it from working its way out of the socket.

I believe the reference for 1-3 ports is for custom orders. The
net4801 as sold on soekris.com comes with 3 ethernet ports.
