[Soekris] 4501 and Magicstor 2.2GB

Hi,
     Does anyone have a Magicstor 2.2GB microdrive working in a 4501? 
Mine doesn't seem to recognize that the Magicstor is plugged in the CF
slot.  IBM/Hitachi 1G drives and CF cards are recognized correctly. 
Bios is 1.26a.
