[Soekris] FW + IDS + DB ?

I would like to have some advices on whether (or not)
the Net4801 will be powerful enough for my needs.

I want to make a fw gateway and add an IDS (probably
Snort) and a DB (probably MySQL). As these are
CPU-consuming processes (particularly IDS) do you
think the Net4801 will be able to handle the 3 of them
?

The link will have at most a 25 Mbps throughput, but
will more likely be around a 3 Mbps average.

For the DB do you know a lightweight one ? (like
thttpd compared to Apache) Or I can consider
installing the DB on another station, but the most
consuming process will still be here (the IDS).
