You havn't said the current symptoms...
At least I think the driver FET for the PWM regulator might be broken.
Depending on the power of your supply and a bit of luck it may have
saved the remaining circuits from getting too much voltage.
The only way to find out is by repairing until the voltages are right
and see what's left and if it's worth further time.
