[Soekris] Best 802.11b card for HostAP

Hi,
can someone suggest which 802.11b card is the best one for WiFi hostap?

We are using Pism2.5 Z-COM-MAX XI-325 PCMCIA. They are working pretty 
good but after some time they are in some strange state and only reboot 
helps.

I remember that someones use NetGate products but
(1) mail archive is not searchable so it's pretty difficult to find all 
relevant messages
(2) NetGate products have not certification in Czech Republic
(3) I have no idea what difference is between NetGate and ZCOM if there 
is the same chipset (so, is it helpfull for me)
(4) I'm not sure if NetGate support TX power regulation which is working 
on ZCOM cards and we need it.

Now We are running FreeBSD 4.8 with patched wi driver and we will 
probably move to FreeBSD 5.2.1 where are already functions what we are 
patching in 4.8 and driver is also "little bit" rewriten.

We have some theory and we will explore FreeBSD driver this week but 
anyway any success stories appreciated. because we are still not sure if 
it's hardware problem or driver problem.
