[Soekris] rack mountable solution

Hi,

  I am using 1U short Rack-Mounted shelves from Raxxess (model UNS-1)
for the purpose of racking my 4501s and 4801s. I can fit 2 unit wide,
there is acutually a little gap of around 1/4".

  You can get this from your local Pro/Show Sound shop. (One of the
other industry big on rackmount). Got some about 6 months ago for 
22 CDN$ each.

  For your 5/6 nic need, Soekris has a bundle of a Net-4801 with
a Lan-1621 with the same case as the 4801, but with holes for the
two extra RJ45 ports.

  For Firewall/Router with failover and VPN on Flash, I use
Damien Miller's Flashboot. Which is a Slimdown distribution of
OpenBSD running in a RamDisk. Crypto Accelerator by soekris are
supported.

  In all this, the only thing I'm not using myself are the LAN-1621
nics. The rest are parts of what I curently use.
