[Soekris] Question about CF Cards

No, not if /var/log is in memory. I'm running bearing leaf and the entire  
system is loaded into
memory and are aren't any writes to the disk unless I make a configuration  
change, then that will
get backed up to the CF disk.
Also using freebsd on another project and again, the only mounted fs on  
the CF is /, /var is created
in memory.
