Hi All,
I posted a while back asking if anyone had built a driver for the gpio
device on the soekris net4801. If I recall correctly, another poster said they
were going to commit a driver to the OpenBSD site. Does anyone know if this
has been done? Would a cvs update and rebuild of the kernel allow me to
control devices via the GPIO?

Thanks for any information you can provide.

While I'm on the topic. Does anyone have any sample C code for accessing
these types of devices? I looked into it briefly a while back, and it seems
like I will need to use i386_iopl() calls. Any examples of using these
functions? What I am shooting for is to be able to install a set of switches
that I can toggle between on and off, and then have the system act depending
on what positions the dip switch is in. Thanks again.

Cheers,
Jess
