[Soekris] Linux Kernel Config

Here's what I'm using on a 2.4.25 kernel.  It has most of the actual
hardware drivers built statically (and the rest not built), and it has
a bunch of auxiliary stuff built as modules (usb layers, filesystems,
crypto, etc).  I'm sure it could be tuned further, but it's probably a
good start.  vmlinuz ends up being around 850k.
