[Soekris] net4801 Wrong CPU Speed Reported

I have a net4801 that is reporting its CPU speed to be around 133 MHz. 
Is this some sort of bug in reporting or is something wrong? I am using 
kernel 2.4.27 with the proper patches along with comBIOS 1.26. Any ideas?
