[Soekris] POE Question

Hello!  I have a 4511 about 100 feet in the air on a tower, feeding it with
POE.  I've got about 120 feet of 24 gauge direct burial Cat5e going up the
tower to the unit.  The board has a senao 200mw mini-pci card, and two agere
oem cards in it, booting from a 32MB verbatim flash.  I've currently got a
24VDC 1000mA power supply feeding it.

The problem that I am seeing is that the board will reboot every 5 to 30
minutes.  I'm using the same software configuration in other contexts, and
I've had no problem with those.  Do I need to feed the board more power?
Could that be the cause of my reboots?
