[Soekris] How-to prepare Compact Flash Card from W2Kpro or XPpro ?

Thanks for your reply.
I have Knopix CD.
But I don't know how to prepare my CFC...
Somebody can explain this for all of us ?
As for simple newbies ?
Step by step ?
