[Soekris] Four port Ethernet card working with 45XX boards

MikroTik announces a new four port Ethernet board that works with the 3.3v 
only PCI slot of the Soekris 45XX boards.

There is a special build of the board you can order to use 3.3v only.  I 
have just tested this and all ports are recognized by the BIOS.  The 
Ethernet chips  are from the same maker (National Semiconductor) as being 
used on the Soekris board.  BSD, Linux, and practically all OSs support this.

Note, the 3.3v power option only applies to revision 2 of the board and you 
will have to order this specifically.  For those that like to solder, there 
are a couple of resistors that can be changed to switch from 5v to 3.3v.
